Items will be shipped within 3-7 days of purchase and an email will be sent with shipping confirmation and a tracking number. If there will be a delay in shipping, buyers will be notified via email as soon as possible.

All New Zealand orders are sent via courier with Post Haste with tracking and Signature. If you would like to have your parcel sent with NON-Signature, please notify me of this in the notes section at checkout. However, the buyer bears responsibility for the parcel with Non-Signature. NZ Post is also available on request if courier is an issue.

Australian orders can now be shipped via either DHL Express Courier OR via NZ Post Economy Tracked. For DHL Express, shipping rates start at $36NZD and increase in cost depending on the weight of the parcel. Parcels take approximately 1-5 business days to arrive at destination, depending on the time of year. For the NZ Post Economy Tracked option, the shipping rates start at $15NZD and increase depending on the weight of the parcel. Parcels shipped via NZ Post Economy Tracked take approximately 6-14 business days to arrive, however, this is just an estimate, and timeframes can vary and parcels may take longer to arrive during peak delivery times of the year.

United States & Canada orders now ship via DHL Express Courier OR NZ Post Economy Tracked. DHL Express Courier has a starting rate of $62NZD and increases in cost as the weight of the parcel increases. Parcels take approximately 2-5 business days to arrive at destination, but can take longer depending on time of year etc.
The NZ Post Economy Tracked option starts at $26NZD and increases in price as the parcel size increases. Estimated time of delivery is approximately 6-14 business days, but may take longer to arrive during peak delivery times of the year.

Rest of World (limited to specific destinations) ships via DHL Express at a starting rate of $72NZD and increase in cost as the weight of the parcel increases. Parcels take approximately 2-6 business days to arrive at destination, but may take longer depending on time of year etc. NZ Post Economy Tracked is now an option for shipping and takes approximately 6-14 business days to arrive, though this is an estimate and the timeframe may be longer. Shipping prices vary by destination and can be viewed at checkout.

Occasionally the shipping provider cannot ship to a destination, or the fee has gone up considerably. If this happens, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible. If the shipping cost has increased, the customer will be contacted with instructions on how to pay the additional shipping charges. The buyer may cancel the order if they do not wish to pay the additional shipping costs.

***The international shipping fees apply to a single order, with a maximum order weight of up to 2kg. Please make contact using the contact form if you have any questions about this, or about combining orders. Orders can be combined up to a total parcel weight of 2kg. You may be charged additional shipping fees if your order(s) weighs over 2kg and has to be sent as multiple parcels.***
RETURN POLICY
I want you to be happy with your U N I O N F I B R E purchase. If you aren't satisfied with your item(s) I will refund the price paid for the item(s) so long as the item(s) are returned in perfect condition as when purchased. This includes tags and labels remaining intact. I am unable to refund on the shipping costs. The buyer will also have to cover the return postage costs. Buyer must contact Union Fibre Ltd within 14 days from receiving the items for a refund to be considered.

If an item is faulty I will be more than happy to refund or replace the item but I require contact from the buyer within 14 days of the buyer receiving the item.
Please email info@unionfibre.co.nz before returning any items and together we can figure out the best solution.

Refunds will not be given for occasional knots or slubs in the yarns, as these occur at times in all mill-spun yarns.

Payment methods include Stripe & PayPal. NZ Direct Deposit is available in New Zealand for online special orders.
