This hand spinning fibre is grown and milled in New Zealand from locally raised Corriedale sheep . This corriedale fibre is about 26-28 micron and has a soft hand feel (it is softer than the average corriedale fibre, which is usually around 30+ micron).
This fibre is lovely and bouncy and drafts well. It has a longer staple length, making it a great fibre for beginners.
